These notes and operational updates on data from the DKASC, Alice Springs and Yulara Solar System should be taken into consideration when analysing the data. They represent significant or interesting events that potentially impact the performance of systems installed at these sites. It is not an exhaustive list of every minor or short-term network or minor system outage. However, please contact us regarding any relevant other data issues.

Website now Fully Operational!
The DKA Solar Centre website and data downloads are now fully operational. Please see below for changes in the website:
- DKASC, Alice Springs - No changes
- Yulara Solar System - No changes
- NT Solar Resource - Click ‘DATA DOWNLOAD’ to be redirected to our new host for this data.
Due to this recent site update, some users may experience strange behavior on data download. This issue can be resolved by clearing your cache, or opening the site in a private browser window.

Scheduled Website Maintenance - Update
Following a scheduled maintenance operation, the DKA Solar Centre website is now fully operational.
Please note, some large CSV datasets (i.e. downloads sections) may still in the final stages of re-syncing.

Data Outage
This site is undergoing some maintenance, therefore majority of data downloads are not working. Data downloads should be refunctioning approximately end of September, 2023. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Graphing and Data issues
Graphing and data download services on the DKASC website have been experiencing intermittent outages and issues over recent months. These problems are undergoing investigation and should be resolved in the near future.

DKASC site outage
The DKASC is offline from the ~ 08:00 24/01/2023. This is due to a network wide shutdown for the upgrade of 22kV network supply to the site. It is anticipated that the DKASC will return to full operation by 28/01/2023.
UPDATE: Power was fully restored to DKASC on the 30th January 2023 at ~ 14:00.

Inverters replaced
Original SMA inverters that where experiencing intermittent issues (no output) have been replaced with new Fronius units.

Intermittent Inverter Issues
Ongoing intermittent inverter issues with site 10 and 12 causing periotic loss of AC outputs, generally during the middle of the day. Procurement activities for sourcing replacements are ongoing.

Inverters replaced
Failed inverters on sites 8,32,33 and 34 have been replaced with Fronius Primo 6kW inverters. These systems are now generating normally again.

Site #37 - Fault
Due to a tripping MCB Site #37 has been operating on 50% capacity since 25-04-2022. The MCB has now been reset and the system returned to 100% capacity.
